Privacy Policy

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information — name and email address when you register.
• Content inputs — text prompts, topics, product details, and configuration you provide for AI content generation.

1.2 Information from TikTok (via Login Kit / OAuth)

When you connect your TikTok account, we receive the following from TikTok with your explicit consent:

• open_id, union_id — TikTok's unique identifier for your account.
• Public profile fields — username, display_name, avatar_url.
• OAuth access_token and refresh_token — used solely to upload videos to your account on your behalf.

We do not access your TikTok messages, followers, watch history, drafts created outside our platform, or any data beyond what is required by the granted scopes (user.info.basic, video.publish, video.upload).

1.3 Generated content

Videos, audio, images, scripts, and captions generated by our AI pipeline are stored on our servers so you can review and publish them.

1.4 Usage and technical data

• IP address, browser type, device information.
• Platform usage metrics (pages visited, features used, error logs).

• To authenticate your TikTok account and post videos you have approved.
• To generate content using third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, fal.ai) — your text prompts are sent to these providers for processing.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

The Service uses the following processors. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google (Gemini AI) — text generation
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis
• fal.ai — image generation
• TikTok — content posting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data is stored on encrypted servers located in a VPS data center. OAuth tokens are stored in our database and used exclusively for performing actions you have authorized. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

• OAuth tokens are kept until you disconnect your TikTok account or delete your Pulse account.
• Generated content is retained for up to 90 days unless you delete it earlier.
• Account information is retained for the life of your account, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which revokes all stored OAuth tokens immediately.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be processed by AI providers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
