Terms of Service

Pulse is an AI-powered content automation platform that helps creators generate, review, and publish short-form video content to their own connected TikTok accounts. The Service uses third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, fal.ai, ElevenLabs) and the TikTok Content Posting API.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have the legal right to use any TikTok account you connect.
• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You authenticate with TikTok via OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time through the dashboard, which revokes all stored access tokens.

Content (text prompts, products, captions, generated videos) created or processed through the Service is your responsibility. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use any input content you provide.
• Your content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your content does not violate any law, TikTok's policies, or these Terms.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Pulse a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as required to operate the Service.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Spam, mislead, or deceive TikTok users or the platform.
• Distribute malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service for any activity that violates TikTok Community Guidelines or applicable law.

Output produced by AI providers may be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise problematic. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. Pulse does not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or compliance of generated content.

The Service publishes content to TikTok only when you explicitly approve it. You retain full control over what is posted. By default during sandbox/development mode, posts are uploaded as private (visible only to you) so you can verify before making them public.

If you use the Service to manage affiliate marketing content, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable disclosure laws (e.g., FTC guidelines, ASA in the UK, equivalent local laws), TikTok's branded content rules, and the affiliate program terms.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

All Pulse software, branding, and platform code are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you, except the limited license to use the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy retention periods.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE AND AURANODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend and indemnify Pulse and Auranode against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
